Turnaround

Turnaround time for a print job where a PDF or hard copy proof is selected begins once the proof has been approved by you. If your job is approved by 2 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, turnaround time begins that business day. For example, a job with three-day turnaround that you approve by 12:00 pm Monday will be shipped out to you on Thursday afternoon. Please note: that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will be put “On Hold” and your turnaround time will be reset.

Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround. Our turnaround times are an estimate, and are not to be confused with a guarantee. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc

Payment Terms

All orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Electronic Checks. If you would like to pay by a regular check, your order will not be printed until the check has been cleared. This may cause a significant delay in your order. Credit terms may be applied for and are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Quotations/Estimates

Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates are good for 30 days. An estimate not accepted within 30 days may be changed.

Copyright

Dial2Print reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. Dial2Print is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to Dial2Print for printing and/or publication. All material and software Copyright (c) 2004 Dial2Print, All rights are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to copy, Republish or redistribute any of the material and software contained on the web site of Dial2Print.

Cancellations

Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Due to our company procedures, you may be charged compensation according to the phases of the order in process. For optimum relaxation to our customers Dial2Print has defined the chargeable percentages to reduce the mutual loss for both the parties. Orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request through an email to our customer support department support@dial2print.com. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of cancellation charges depending on the phases of the order. Please note the following phases of the order in process and cancellation charges:-

Phase-1

Online payments have been made and verified by our online payment system

Phase-2

Orders are still into designing phase and not approved yet.

Phase-3

Artwork has been sent for Positives & Platting in Printing Process.

Phase-4

Orders are packaged at our Vendors/Associate Printers and shipped back to us.

Phase-5

Orders have been received by the our shipping companies and under their shipping process or shipped.

If a customer wants to cancel an order Phase-1, He/She will be charged $12 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges & if the order is needed to be cancelled in Phase-2 then 15% of the total order amount will be deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. Orders reach in Phase-3, order cancellation is not guaranteed, we will determine the scenario of the job and try to cancel the order. However, if we would be able to cancel the order then 40% of the total order amount is deducted to cover whole incurred expenses. Once an order reaches Phase 4 & 5, those order cannot be cancelled.

Design Only Orders / Web Flash Banners / Business Logo

No Refunds will be given on such orders as printing & Shipping are not involved in them and only designing theme & Ideas are which you paid for these services. Once the order has been placed successfully, No Cancellation will be accepted for these orders because our designers start working instantly on these orders.Accuracy of Quote Specifications

Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. Dial2Print can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the art does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based. Orders placed with Dial2Print are to the client’s knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written or accompanying said order.

Liability

Dial2Print’s liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. Dial2Print warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY.Dial2Print makes no other warranty and no actions or words of Dial2Print or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.

Indemnification

The customer represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from Dial2Print. In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a “Claim”) is made or commenced against Dial2Print based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by Dial2Print ordered by the customer: (a.) infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or (b.) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene, the customer shall indemnify and hold Dial2Print harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the Claim including without limitation; (1.) defending Dial2Print against any such Claim (2.) paying any judgment or award against the customer; and (3.) reimbursing Dial2Print for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.

Electronic Manuscripts / Images

It is the client’s responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies. Dial2Print is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the client. Until Dial2Print can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates. Dial2Print does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product.

Free Graphic Designing

Dial2Print offering free graphic designing service on the printing orders and will not charge for designing services. Our highly professional designers’ team design the job as per customers instructions and their requirements. Only low resolution (72dpi) JPEG Proof will be provided to the customers for final approval and the designed approved artwork will be kept by Dial2Print and will be an asset. If a customer needs to purchase the artwork and want to get it printed from any other source then artwork will be purchased on the prices determined by Dial2Print and High Resolution files can be obtained.

Final Approval of Proof

In order to provide an avenue for faster turnarounds, Dial2Print. may supply an electronic PDF proof when requested by the customer. PDF proofs are optimized for fast web downloads, and as a result, may appear “pixilated”. It should be noted that the final printed pieces will not appear in this manner, provided that the customer supplied artwork complies with our Artwork Guidelines. Furthermore, due to the variation in monitor colors and adjustments, PDF proofs may not provide an accurate color representation of the final printed work. It is recommended that a hard copy proof be client alterations must be specified in writing and must include all corrections or changes from the original specifications. A low resolution jpeg proof will be provide to the Customer for Final approval and the Customer is entirely responsible for final proofing and layout approval prior to the artwork send to printing process.Dial2Print is NOT responsible for the following errors in a final product:

Grammatical Mistakes, Typos, Spelling Mistakes, Grammar Punctuation & Phrases, Fonts Errors, Images Adjustments, Size & Shape of the Final Product, Graphics / Images / Headings Orientation or Placement, Incorrect Folds/Score, Wrong Die Cuts or slits, Finished Product Size.

Hard Copy Proofs

When requested by the customer, Dial2Print will submit color proofs for the customer’s review and approval. Hard Copy Proof Charges will be finalized with our online sales representatives or through an email. Once we will get your Approval email then the final order will be printed and if customer will need any further changes then we might charge for that. (depends upon the changes).

Digital Screen / Monitor Color Proofing

Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a “pleasing color” variation between color proofs and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. Customer Supplied Proofs Inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than offset printing. We offer quick turnaround and low prices by printing to a “pleasing color” standard, using standard ink densities. There is no guarantee that your finished piece will match your printed sample. This is due to the varying results from different output devices including inkjet printers, continuous tone proofing devices and film-based proofs.

Dial2Print will not be responsible for color matching or ink density on Monitor / screen JPEG proofs approved by the customers. Digital JPEG proofs will finalize registration, design layout, text perfection, image placement & adjustments but not 100% color matching.

Dial2Print will utmost struggle and try it’s best to match the gradient percentage of each color in a duo-tone, Dial2Print is not responsible for the final printing output results of a duo-tone. Highly Color conscious customers should go with hard copy proof option. Special coating such UV Coating, Aqueous coating and lamination may impact or change the output of the printed colors.

Overruns / Under Runs

Dial2Print.com will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. In the event of a significant under run. Dial2print may bill for the actual quantity delivered. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 5%.

Claims

Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 5 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Dial2Print and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that Dial2Print’s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

Right to Subcontract

Dial2Print shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor or associated printers and job can be shipped directly from them to the customers. We do have associates printers in many countries of Europe & Asia and we will have the rights to get the job done from anyone of them on the basis of the job crieteria because there are lots of conditions vary job to job due to turnaround, special colors printing and job quantity and many more.

Refund Policy

We guarantee and ensure that all the orders will be free of defects in workmanship and will be according to the required results. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, the job will be considered by our service department which will go through thoroughly with the order specifications and the client claims and defects found in the job, if we will find that the customer’s complaint is geniune and authentic then we will reprint the order.

NO REFUND in any case will be given.

Delivery & Order Shipment

Free Ground Shipping within 48 contiguous states. Usually Ships within 8 to 10th business days after final proof approval and the payment is made. Final proof approval must be received by 12:00 PM EST of business day otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping time. Dial2Print will always intend to avoid any delay in delivery schedules.

All Dial2Print customers agree not to hold Dial2Print liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Dial2Print controls. Dial2Print will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges / fees will not be refunded or waived off. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.

Wrong Mailing Address

In case if any customer provide wrong mailing address by mistake and shipment is not reached at required destination then Dial2Print will re ship the shipment on corrected address and will charge the shipping charges from the customer.

Privacy Statement

Any information Dial2Print collects from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes. Your credit card information is never stored by Dial2Print.

Samples

Dial2Print may use your product for samples or advertising purposes, unless notified in writing of its inability to do so. In the event of a written notice, Dial2Print will cease its usage of your product within 30 days of receipt of the notice. Any usage of the product for samples or advertising purposes prior to the receipt of the written notice will be deemed as acceptable.

Design Specifications

All artwork submitted must meet the guidelines as set forth by Dial2Print Files which do not meet these requirements will be rejected or corrected at Dial2Print discretion. Please refer to the Preparing Your Artwork section of this site for more information or contact with our sales/technical support representatives.

Customers have to provide the artwork or designs and images in CMYK format. Dial2Print is not responsible for any color variation that results in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.

All designs and images files must be provided at minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK format. Dial2Print is not responsible for final product as pixilated, blurry images printed, distorted or fuzzy due to low resolution customer provided artwork.

All Sales Are Final

Since each job is custom created for its owner, it can not be reused or resold to other clients.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Your information will only be used to complete your order. Under no circumstances will your information be sold or used for any other purpose. Rarely, Dial2Print may send out special notices regarding new features and products available on this site. At your discretion, you may also opt-in to receive special promotional emails which may include discounts and other special offers from Dial2Print.

Changes in Policy

Dial2Print may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless stated otherwise. This policy was last revised on June 01, 2013.
